What to get in touch about

  • A figure that looks wrong. Tell us which calculator or guide, the numbers you entered and what you expected to see. A rate or threshold that has changed since our last review is the most useful thing you can report.
  • Something broken or hard to use, such as a page that will not load or a form that is awkward on your phone or with a screen reader. Your browser and device help us reproduce it.
  • Privacy and cookies. Questions about how the site uses Google AdSense or Google Analytics. You can change your cookie choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer; the Privacy Policy has the details.
  • Ideas and general feedback, including a UK money question you think deserves a calculator or a written guide.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give personal financial, tax, legal or debt advice, look at your own paperwork, or recommend a lender or product. Free UK Tools is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. For free, impartial help, try MoneyHelper or, for tax questions, HMRC. Please do not send bank details, National Insurance numbers or other sensitive personal information.

When to expect a reply

Free UK Tools is run by Aivora Digital, a small team, so there is no phone line or live chat. We read every email and aim to reply within a few working days. If you have reported an error, we will check it against the official source and correct the page if we got it wrong.
